If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is still in good working condition. To initiate a return for store credit, please ensure that you have your order confirmation number on hand. Additionally, if you encounter any malfunction with the product, you may exchange it within 60 days of your delivery date. We aim to make this process smooth and straightforward for you, so please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions or need assistance with your return or exchange. Changed your mind About a Purchase?
At our company, we prioritize delivering quality products, but we recognize that sometimes our customers may have a change of heart. That's why we have implemented a flexible return for store credit and exchange policy for all items, excluding incense burners. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you have a generous window of 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. To qualify for store credit or exchange, it's essential that the product(s) are returned in their new and unused condition. We will also need the order confirmation number. We believe this policy ensures a positive shopping experience, giving our customers the assurance that their satisfaction is our top priority.
When can you expect to receive store credit or exchange?
As a small family-owned business, we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we process store credits and exchanges. Please allow us up to 7 to 10 business days to issue store credit, which will be sent to you in the form of an e-gift card via email. For exchanges, the processing time may take between 10 to 14 business days. Once your exchange is underway, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, so you can easily keep track of your shipment.
